The Germany based duo Kamui aka Dominik Felsmann (1987) and Patrick Scheidt (1986) can look back on their remarkable success with over 30 releases on several renowned record labels over the past six years. Their very own sound, "Hardfunk", has conquered the world of electronic dance music by storm, proving that harder-edged music can be fresh and funky, yet tough and credible. They constantly deliver the freshest goods for the whole DJ range from electro-trance hero to hard dance gladiator, while their peers are still trying to recreate the past.
As a result of their sweat, blood, and hard work in the studio, they are now regular guests at clubs and festivals all over Europe, the UK, Asia, Australia and North America. 2009 will see them play at the biggest stages of massive events including DefQon.1, Dance Valley, InQontrol, Mysteryland and many more. With their club smasher and BBC Radio 1 favourite 'Electro Slut', the Beatport award winning “Toolbox E.P.”, a banging remix for the almighty Scot Project, Trance DJ supported 'Exceed' and thunder tunes like 'Thrill Kill' they kept and keep setting the benchmark for the harder edged scene. As 2010 only began it was time to introduce the world to Kamui's freshly founded label 'approved by Jesus' with the first release being 'Kamui - Gaga Culture', a truely massive chunk of Jesus approved madness.
