You will need to place this in your Live 9 Library folder, under any sub folder that you like. Easiest way to find the library location is to R click a listed rack in Live's browser and select "Show in Explorer (Finder- Mac)". Then navigate to that area on your hard drive to copy paste the file in.
Sick of your loops sounding dull, lifeless, or flat? So was I, and after watching a great tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=avaq-FiilfI I made this rack to share!
This device incorporates parallel processing by simply raising the level of each macro knob until you achieve a result that is pleasing.
This device is meant to be inserted on either an audio file or VST track which you are about to record to an new audio track. Not as an insert on every channel!
Parallel processing is great for enhancing each track that is generated ITB (In The Box) before generating audio stems. I personally record my VST midi loop, add any clip automation, and then add this rack at the point I'm ready to commit said loop to an audio clip.
WATCH YOUR LEVELS Things can clip easily with this, as you have 7 parallel copies of this sound playing at once if all macros are turned up. I try to shoot for around -6db on the track meter before I bounce to Audio.
Enjoy!
